SPB66 stands for “SoundProof-er Booth”. and “66 ” related to size. SPB66 is approximately 80 inches Long by 80 inches Wide and 80 inches tall with peck reaching about 90 inches. In this part we show how to put together the frame. Please follow the instructions closely. The important thing to remember:
1) assembling the door side of the frame on the floor is much easier, than struggling with the gravity, even though assembling the frame vertically might seem to make more sense.
2) If you have low ceiling clearance – stand up the assembled frame side with the door before installing the roof pieces.
In the second part we will show how to add wall panels and the roof panels.
A little about the SPB 66 Sound isolation booth:
This is a Mobile Sound Booth constructed out of Aluminum frame and soundblocking wall panels, engineered as composite layered structure to increase soundblocking efficiency of the product with the same mass, compare to vocal booth built with solid rigid walls. We offer single wall and double wall versions of the booth. Single wall booth provides 30dB and up to 45 dB sound reduction and double wall blocks outside noise about 40 dB to 80 dB at high frequency. These booths are a great mobile sound isolation enclosure to be used for Voice over recording, singing practice, musical instruments practice, audiometry testing and such. It can be taken apart and moved in a large car or a van. Be careful the panels are heavy, so we recommend you use some help.

Sound isolation Booth SPB66 measures approximately 80” L x 80” W x 90” H. on the inside ( outside dimensions are 3- 4 inches larger due to the wall thickness). Mobile Sound Booth SPB66 can be a bit too large to be transported in a small car, but it will definitely fit in a SUV or pick up truck. Can be assembled in about 60 minutes at location. Please have two people or assembly! The walls and bags are very heavy.
